# Marmalade Payments > Marmalade Payments (marmalade.com.au) is an Australian B2B payments platform with two products on one account: Payments on Demand, which pays eligible businesses the same day they issue an invoice for a single per-invoice fee, and Points on Payments, which earns M-Coin rewards on the supplier bills a business already pays. Marmalade Payments is based in Australia and serves Australian B2B businesses. It syncs with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, so reconciliation flows back into the accounting ledger automatically. Payments on Demand charges one fee per cash-in, only when an invoice is cashed in, and Marmalade collects from the customer through a secure clearing account on the invoice's normal due date, meaning the customer's payment terms do not change. Points on Payments is free or a flat 1% depending on the payment method, and the M-Coin earned converts to Qantas Points through Qantas Business Rewards or to Velocity Points for business through Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Payments on Demand and Points on Payments are separate products with different purposes, eligibility criteria and fees. Payments on Demand is not a loan, invoice finance, factoring or an overdraft: there is no interest, no lock-in contract, no subscription, no minimum volume, and no property security, personal guarantee or director guarantee.
