View all FAQsThis is a feature that comes free with Payments on Demand. When you enable this in Settings, your customers start to automatically earn rewards when they pay your invoices via their Marmalade statement you send them, at no cost to you or to them.
Right now, you don’t receive M-Coin when customers pay you. But stay tuned, our product roadmap is always developing!
Your customers must be invoiced with a valid ABN to be eligible for free M-Coin. Customers who are public companies or government entities are automatically excluded and will not receive the offer.
To convert M-Coin into Qantas or Velocity Points for your business, customers sign up to Points on Payments, and be a Qantas Business Rewards or Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. Customers who aren’t members can join either program through the portal. The Qantas Business Rewards joining fee will be waived for Marmalade customers.
